The Griffins have won back-to-back CSAC championships and will look to three-peat this fall. The Griffins received six (6) first place votes while the Pacers received five (5). Cabrini, the defending conference champion, received 10 of the twelve first-place votes for a total of 142 points in the poll. After being seeded 4th going into post-season, the Cavaliers battled their way through the CSAC Championship to earn the champion title last year.  Cabrini received four out of nine first place votes earning them 74 points in the poll. The 2009 CSAC conference runner-ups received 5 of the possible 11 first place votes to earn 114 points.  Close behind with 4 first place votes is 2009 conference title holders, Cabrini College, who earned 108 points for a second place prediction.
