Seven CSAC Women's Lacrosse Players Honored by IWLCA

Aston, PA., - Seven Colonial States Athletic Conference women's lacrosse players were named to the 2010 IWLCA Academic Honor Roll.  To be eligible for the squad a player must have achieved at least junior status academically and a 3.5 grade point average.  Overall, 184 student-athletes from 81 different institutions earned the recognition this year.

From Marywood University Kelly Kuzicki (Art Education/Physical Education, Vernon, NJ) and Allie Sodl (Nutrition, Coplay, PA) were honored for the second straight year.  Jennifer McKenna (Criminal Justice, Sewell, NJ) from Neumann University and Lauren Bigos (Education, Sicklerville, NJ) from Immaculata were also honored.  From the College of Notre Dame Ashley Demski (Liberal Studies/Elementary Education, Parkville, MD), Lauren Terry (Biology/PreMed, Towson, MD) and Nicole McFeaters (GS, MA Teaching, Undergrad in Liberal Art, Dundalk, MD) were also honored.

In addition to these seven players, four CSAC institutions earned IWLCA Academic Team recognition.  Those institutions were Immaculata Universty, the College of Notre Dame, Marywood University and Centenary College.  In order to receive recognition, a team must have a minimum 3.0 grade point average for the season.
